Hi, welcome on board.
Do you mean an avatar picture? You should see a little head and shoulders icon near the top right hand side. Click on that, then Account Details and you can get the option to add an avatar image there. You should also be able to change your user name if you want to use Blitz.

I don't think you can update your avatar until you've made 10 or more posts. It might be that we already have a member called Blitz, so that might be why you couldn't use that name.

I don't think it is, they made one post many years ago, I think it was to do with having to move home (I only had a quick glance, to check).
