I like the Perfect Fit harness, it has a chest ring as well as a back ring for extra control. It comes in three pieces that you can mix and match to get a perfect fit.

She's gorgeous

As the owner of a terrier all I can say is good luck! Harri ( 100% Welshie) has zero recall if he gets a scent or just fancies wandering off somewhere. This is despite hours of training classes and my best efforts. He's rarely able to go off lead for his own safety. They really are hard wired to hunt. It's not that he ignores me, if he's intent on a scent he simply doesn't hear me.

On the plus side now at nearly 3 he will recall rather than continue to play with other dogs. I never thought that would happen.

We use a long line which is the best compromise I've been able to make.

This is so helpful thank you.

She has moments but yes when she’s tired it’s easier.

another one, she barks at other dogs and pulls to get to them but is terrified once she gets to them and just wants to see them. I’ve done the walk away or kept walking and let her focus on me part but it’s usually when she’s full of energy. I put a lot of it down to her age too but do you think it’s something that will develop?
Thanks so much!

Oh man! No hope there. Well I’m so grateful for all the honest replies though. I do want to try my hardest but also it’s difficult because I’m not always home to do that, I work shifts, but when I am she gets the stimulation and training.
