Help! I've got a bitch 6 days into her first break. I think she's been caught of my dog, could anybody tell me if she could have pups this early on her first break?

I am not sure, but break is season ?

But yes, if she allowed to mate her, she can have puppies. Sometimes it is possible that early and sometimes you might not have noticed the days before....if you don`t want the puppies, let her give an injection. There is a new medication, called Alizin or Alicin, very effective and without any problems that former medication could cause. But I don`t know if it is available in England. I bought it in Germany and used it twice since it is on the market.

Take her to the vets you can get her injected .

Amanchester terrier got to my friends salukis and no one was sure if they had mated so she took both hers to the vets they were given an injection just to make sure. They are litter sisters and were both in season at the same time.

If by break you mean season and she has allowed the dog to mate with her then pups are possible. You don't say how old she is but if this is her first season then she is much too young to have pups, and the K.C. will not register them. Get her to the vet and have her injected. I know to my cost that dogs and bitches should be kept apart right from the start of the season.
