I have used this programme for years with no probs. I recently bought a laptop and found that I couldn't open, move or delete emails with Vista. This is a common problem i found. Dell changed the operating system to XP and no more problems. To my horror, my desktop has developed the same problem!!!!!!! (w00t) . I have XP on here too. Can any help me to sort ot out, or at least send me away for a nice long holiday on a remote island!

If you cant get Outlook Express to work - you need to make something else your Default email......check that you have Outlook Express as Default or then change it.

As Im with AOL I use AOL as my default email ....as an example, and my kids use MSN and Yahoo too.
