Regarding the rumours,that I was seen on the Helston road layby,giving my dogs something,I think it's fair that I should defend myself!!!

Fact 1-I was not in a layby giving my dogs something at any time.

Fact 2-I was in the Norway Inn,having Sunday lunch,when my mobile rang.It was Rodders ringing to tell me that the Palmers had decided to start the racing finals early!!!

Fact3-I was not late for the final,according to the schedule.

since it was me that told you that, i will explain a bit, i heard that storey all over down here and there will be several on here who heard it as well iam not saying its true as proberly its not .Also it didnt come from the showground it self as i said before its common knowledge and i didnt know it was you till yesterday so now you can clear your name thanks mark but it will be interesting to see who else admits to hearing about it

Linda and Keith had their reasons for running the racing championship early,as they explained on here.The day of the racing,none of us were aware that the racing would be starting early.Geoff is correct he was having lunch when George rang him to tell him that the racing was about to begin,and Linda and Keith wouldn't have started the rumour Mark as they were right at the side of George and I when the phone call was made.Hope that has cleared up this mess. There was no need for you to answer at all Karen I can stand my own corner, had a lot of practise over the years from kicking ass but thanks for saying that George rang to let us know that the racing was starting early, in fact when it rang I NEARLY PRICKED MY FINGER

1st I apologize to K9ers' for all the s**t and untruths they've read.

2nd I apologize for being drawn into playground banter.

3rd I would like to apologize to the moderators for having to remove the original topic.

AND FINALLY Thanks to an old friend for giving me 3 names that have been lying about me,two of which didn't surprise me,and one which really shocked me.

The only thing I have to say to these three people is "You are 3 jealous plonkers"!! p.s confushous (sp) says' "man as many acquaintances but very few friends".Geoff(top dog)

Well said Geoff only just joined this site but fancy you being on here, read your profile so very true, not a lot changes does it nobody likes winners still :lol: and young markbrick winning everything and wanting people to admire his achievements on every site you go on :lol: Be good to catch up with you sometime and have a chat about times past Sally, Mona, Bow etc NLS still got that 10th anniversary engraving they did with all the winners on might be worth something one day!!

Worked out who I am yet? Used to run Chatsworth when it was good( went back this year Saturday night 11-00 thought I was in a graveyard) and devised and ran what you (and others) claimed was the hardest simulated to win and the straight racing was equally tough but fair 160yds flat+last 120yds up that hill that sorted them out
