We bought a puppy 4 months ago and have just found out its a hermaphrodite. The puppy was vet checked with first vaccination when we bought her. We had her 2nd vac with our vet and she was vet checked healthy. But we now found out that she is a hemaphrodite, where do we stand with the breeder as we wanted a bitch puppy?

so the dog has both sets of reproductive organs? .. if it has the female uterus and could have puppies is there not a op to remove its male parts? (I think thats what they do in humans saw a program on a child born with it once but can't remmeber what sex they chose to be)
