Hi everyone I have just joined your forum as I've just found out about it. I currently have a two and a half year old Husky male called Kodi, a nearly two and a half year old Border Collie female called Megan and have recently adopted a cross jack russel/dachsund male who is about 11 - 13 so a little old man. All my dogs are rescues and the dogs I have had throughout my life have all been rescues in one way or another.

Hello there - welcome to Dog Forum :)

My son desperately wants a Huskey - but I wont let him

I would really like to see some pictures of your trio! :)

Hi Banana thank you for the welcome.

How do you add photos on this site, is it just attaching from your pictures on computer or like I do on my hamster forum is it via some site like Photobucket.

photobucket is probably the easiest way yes!

anyway, hello and welcome.

all my dogs were rescue too however i now only have Oreo who is my 5 year old lab cross.

hope you enjoy your time here.

You can add by clicking 'Attach Photos/Files' or use photobucket :)

Chester is sooooo cute!!!

I have sorted your pics for you - next time you need to copy the 'img' code and paste that and then the whole picture comes up!! :)

My kids want to kidnap Cody!

Thanks for sorting my pics. Yes everyone seems to like Kodi he has filled out a bit now I will have to take some more pics. the last pic is my hubbie with leg broken in 4 places, hence the crutches, that was not long after we took on Kodi and he caused my husband to break his leg. He was off work almost 6 months and has plates and pins in his leg but he never took it out on Kodi even though it was due to him escaping and jumping fences that it happened. He has calmed down a lot and is now 2 and a half.

I keep saying to Warren, my eldest that Huskeys aren't 'easy' dogs and once off the lead they just keep running.... Am I right or is that an old wives tail?

Hi banana

It is very true about huskys, not an old wives tale. I don't know whereabouts you are but if you are ever in my area Warren is welcome to come and see Kodi and spend time with him

Hiya I am female as opposed to my gender showing as male on my profile, I am just about to change this and I live in Essex but originally I am from Northumberland and we do take Kodi up there with us when we visit parents
