Hello, I'm Fiona

I have a lurcher, Bonnie Furlong, and an English Pointer, Mille the Short Mile, both bitches.

I got them for Sleddog Racing, which they would be very good at if I ever got to a competition (no time to travel right now)

Mille is best at pulling while Bonnie does the clever stuff like knowing the turn commands and not getting tangled, making sure we all go the same side of trees, street furniture etc.

I use a mountain bike, not a sledge (obviously) or a 3-wheeled 'rig' as I only have the 2 dogs.

I know of some fairly big sleddog kennels near Worksop but have not heard of any other family-sized owners like me.

Also interested in working (that is, catching rabbits) but no practical knowledge.

I was just looking at some of your pics and thinking I'd fit in just fine,,,, but, is it ok if the leather sofa that the dogs all sleep on is blue?
