The breed standard remains unchanged as far as height goes :thumbsup: So dont know where you have received that information from but it is wrong.

No . we did have one lady who used to put the measure on the table, mind (w00t)

I dont think ther wold be too many dogs left in the ring if it was a disqualfication fact though (w00t)

being too tall or small is just ONE fault . lets look at the whole dog :- " :cheers:

The new breed standard is currently under review I believe and bitches height is going to be changed I'm sure.

Saraquele, have a go in the ring but remember presentation and good handling will help so I recommend you get some lessons or find a mentor to help you. Enjoy the day out and regardless of the outcome, remember we all take the best dog home.

Hi Ridgsetter From What I Understand The Male Height is to remain the same. The last time the standard was ammended they male height was changed but the bitch height was not so this will bring the Heights "in Line".
