Only been racing 3 years, feels like 30 sometimes God, thats why I feel like a complete novice ( no sarky comments please lol) compared to some old timers !!!

i started going to littleton and mid cannock in 1975 with charlie fitton who had the sister to Mr benn aprils wish . joe robinson(irish joe who as ruby at oldhall now} was raceing well before me sparky(littlebill} was raceing at the time i brought foxys image of sparky

Not long enough for the sucess that we've had. Been very lucky, I'm sure one day it'll change and we'll be joining all those racing enthusiasts that attend the club handicap every weekend :thumbsup: (OK so perhaps in our case every so often LOL)

Seems pretty evenly spread between voters so far though,

Under 10yrs - 13 votes

11-20 years - 10 votes

21 - 30years - 10 votes

31-50 years - 13 votes

We have been raceing 43 Years . We started with a ped called Dino 21 pound he came runner up to Gay Tan in 2nd bwra champs.then we changed to non peds and had Who cares VICKI GEMS

allan i remember ocean swell it ran at murton i got my first whippet in 1965 ran at murton 2years then came back in 1974 ran peterlee club 4 over 32year
