you used to not be allowed to show neutered dogs/bitches but now you can, you just need to notify the KC I think...as with some coated breeds spaying makes a massive difference...
You're right Ann. I wrote to the KC once to tell them I had my bitch spayed. I don't know if I had to but I remember my vet wrote a letter to say she had been spayed to prevent unwanted pregnancy - maybe that was to confirm that she hadn't been spayed due to some abnormality??? She wasn't normal - well not in the head anyway!! Once the fur grew back, I did wonder why I had bothered - no one would know anyway :teehee: The KC sent me a letter back afterwards, I can't quite remember what it said, I think it just confirmed that they knew she was spayed.
