Hydrogels for arthritis?

Hi, I actually in America and trying to find treatment options for my dogs arthritis. I've seen some things about Hydrogel injections in the joint, but most of them have come from the UK. It's a pretty new treatment here for. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this treatment, and would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thank you much.

I haven't any personal experience of hydrogels, but a very good place to ask is Canine Arthritis Management in the UK (they have a website caninearthritis.co.uk and are also on Facebook.)
The site is vet supervised, and their materials are evidence based : important when there are a lot of claims made on social media for various untested treatments (eg turmeric, cbd) when there are loads of really simple (and cheap) things you can do to help your dog, such as home adaptations and planned exercise.
Absolutely brilliant free resource of expertise and help - do go and look, you won't be disappointed.
