Here's hoping your house insurance will cover it - it there a 'whippet damage' clause (w00t)

A glass of wine and some chocolate will make it all better......

:huggles: to you.

Naughty whippy / lurcher :(

OMG  ......Prehaps they've been watching diy sos and were trying to refurbish for less (just check theres no mdf stashed anywhere :shifty: ).........so really like all sighthounds, they were just trying to be helpful  ...........Honest :- "

Oh ! Whoopsssssssss !!!!!!!!!!!!! Devil whip/lurcher on the prowl again  :shifty:

Oh dear...it's past the invisible mending stage, I'd say. Is there a spare bit of material you can cut from the hem at the bottom around the back and use as a patch?

whewww...that's bad! :- " (w00t)

I quickly changed the pictures when my OH came near the computer in case he saw them, he thinks we've got away lightly with Sparky but he hasn't seen the stuff I've stashed in the cupboard under the stairs.

I wish I could do something to help Hilary but I can't so I'll send you a :huggles:

and a  to whoever it was.

(w00t) Maybe they thought you'd like the fashionable distressed look sofa.

Er, no!

And no ILKC, you can't have the maniac that is Arthur! I've decided that his punishment is to stay here for the rest of his life, sleeping on the sofa, being the only one allowed to sleep in my room at night, and generally being spoilt rotten. That should teach him!  :teehee:

I think that Albie had more than a little to do with it too! Whichever one started it, I bet they both finished it! His punishment is the same as Arthur's, except for the sleeping in my room bit. Oh yes, I know how to dish out the punishment! :- "

Nicola - that's a good idea! I'll get my Mum on to it tomorrow...

Everyone - thanks for all the comments. They've really made me laugh, which believe me I needed! :teehee: :huggles:

OOps, at least you'll be able to turn the cushion over and you can get some lovely throws these days  (w00t)

When I had my first whippet (RIP) he used to 'dig' the sofa before he lay down so eventually the cushions ended up with large holes in them. I cut the material out of the back of the sofa (it was against a wall so couldn't be seen) and patched the cushions up a number of times. Lasted for years until I ran out of material!!!

I'm so sorry Hilary that they have trashed your sofa. I know Karma is going to get me because unlike everybody else I couldn't stop chuckling :b So sorry.
