Ive mentioned in the past about my best friend Sue having bred racing greyhounds . On thursday night she has one of her `pups ` in a final to be run at Coventry , It will only be his third race , he won his heat last night beating a dog who was odds on to win the final . As you can imagine she and her family ( and me ) are well chuffed .

The dogs name is OOEER Tiger Feet . Hes by Droopys Corleone and out of a bitch who I can t remember her racing name :- " hes over 2years old so not a puppy .

but Sue rang me yesterday as Breezy . the mum, was completely off her feet , :( This morning she is up and walking , a bit wobbly but at least she has the use back in her legs , She s taking her to the vets this morning , I think shes had some kind of `stroke brought on by the b****y Fireworks no doubt .

Sue also has a litter out of Breezy by Premier Fantasy who are just 1 year old this month

So dont forget to watch Sky thursday night , See if you can spot me ( those of you who know what I look like )

ill keep a lookout.good luck to your friend, hope they do well :luck:

what time is it on jax?

From about 7.30 Ill let you know what time he is running when I find out :huggles:

Saw the result on 'The Dogs' Jac tell Sue, well done  will be looking out for the final :D Hope Breezy makes a speedy and full recovery :D Karen

Shame

bad luck jax :(

still theres always another race

:( yes , of course there is and the main thing is hes ok ,

He was so slow out and the caught up with the pack only to have a really bad bump at the first bend which saw the 6 dog go tumbling  , Tiger did well to stay on his feet too , and gamely continued and I must say he made up alot of ground and didnt seem any the worse for his run . we must also remember that that was only his 3rd ever race .

His litter brother won his race the night before :D

Still , we had a good night and watched some super dog racing , The top race was a great show of skill , That Barnfield on Air is some dog , and had a good chat with my old mate Charlie Lister , who Ive not seen since I left nottm Dogs 3 years ago
