Injured Lurcher

    Just sat down to read my dog world and this is so so sad, lurcher puppy hit by a car owner tried to fix it with chopsticks this didnt work so with 2 friends they tried to kill it by stamping on it stabbing it with a potatoe peeler this didnt work so they forced her back legs over her head breaking her neck then dumped on a verge to die. they got just 18 weeks prison sentence and the owner is awaiting sentence, HOW SICK. It was found and taken to a vet , leg was amputated and she suffered for another 4 weeks she is now recovering i hope she gets an extra loving home. WHAT makes people do this

    That is really awful. As long as they know there are no harsh sentences, morons like these will continue to abuse animals.

    I read this yesterday....it stopped me sleeping, poor poor puppy just a wee baby

    I hope it haunts them forever

    There is something seriously wrong with people who would do this .

    Hope there is karma :(

    Also hope the pup lives a long and happy life .

    OMG :angry: I cannot believe what some people will do, sick does not even begin to cover what this people are, in fact i don't think any human being can be called a human if they treat helpless animals like this. I know what i would do to them, but can't write that on here!!

    All my heartfelt love goes to the pup and i hope that one day the criminal justice system in this country pulls its finger out and starts dishing out the sentences it should

    absolutely horrifying.when will the goverment take animal abuse seriously and change the laws in this country so that people like this are made to pay for such cruelty :angry:

    Poor, poor little dog. These 'people' dont deserve to breathe the same air as animals, I hope they die in the most horrible way imaginable they make me SICK SICK SICK!
