my name is Vera. I got two lovely whippets, but time and money don't allow me to get a new one. So I moderate a German whippet forum.

Now I am interested in all whippet things around the world. That's why I am here.

I've putted on some pics for you:

This was my well beloved Isis. That's an old polaroid. We had an early teatime.



Isis in the house - o - quiet and lovely.

Now Isis in the garden - :- " - wild thing!



Poor Isis left me soon. 1999 she died unfortunately after having a bloat. She was 4 years and 5 month.

Vlinn came as a "present". He was already adult. He was surely a big couch potatoe as every whippet is.

Vlinn had much fun in trainings. This is me and Vlinn:

With his friends saluki Shari and shepherdmix Onya:



Vlinn wasn't healthy since he was born. I don't know, where he came from exactly, but I know he had infections aged 6 weeks - bad infections.

We had more than 5 years. Most time was good! He was often over a year healthy. 2004 he couldn't stand a half year of many infections any longer. He died aged 6 and a half years.

Yes (thanks ), he was a really pretty boy!

I hope to have more luck when getting a new whippet!
