I finally recievd a reply from Shaws today ! -

Thanks for your email. Our sincere apologies for the delay in replying.

We have put your problem to our Technical Director - Peter Golding - and the only alternative he can suggest is to use our Natural Repellent Spray to try and keep your young dogs away from the items they want to chew.

We are sorry if you were not totally satisfied with our Chew Deterrent, and under the Shaws guarantee of satisfaction if you would like to let us know the price you paid for the Chew Deterrent, we will send you a refund.
