Just whatched an episode of the dog whisperer, about this coon hound kept in a lab for experiments or summat, poor bugger was ever so traumatised, must say ceasar or what ever hes called worked wonders with the dog, which brings me to mind of my dog jill, when i first drove over to sheffield to pick her up, Russ stood her outside and stacked her for me, pointing her good points out to me, telling me this n telling me that, cos i was excited it just went in one ear n out the other i just wanted her home, but one thing did catch my mind was the fact however he placed her, she would stay, if hed have tied her in knots she would have stayed, only 8 weeks old bearing in mind, shed endured a ferry crossing, and then transported 70 miles by me, got her home plonked her down, and down she stayed for at least half hr, head down, not like a puppy up n at em, but she soon felt the love n warmth from me, and from that day she never leaves my side, sits at my side glaring at me, my lady says shes in love with me, well so be it, cos im in love with her, what im implying here is this, if id have handled her differently from that moment of plonking her down, if id have gotten on to her for being what i can only describe as being timid and a bit scared, 8 weeks, mmm she might not be the doggy she is today, brilliant temperament brought into being by a loving dog owner

ta for reading, now her wants a biccy

ahh ! Keith, your so soppy over her aren't you /

Her sister Ella is also the most gentle, lovely natured dog I've ever known and we love her as much as you do Jill, their brother Riley, is also the same and so loved by his family.

I think we all dropped on lucky when we got Lilly's pups they're  o:)

We've got Riley for a sleepover next Friday, his family are at a wedding, then he's coming to stay a week for his hols in August, Ella stayed with him in June and my god they just adore each other, they're inseparable :D

It would be great to see them meet up with Jill :D
