Many of you will know that John Bishop's Jaybee (Sid) was suffering from lymphosarcoma. He was coping well with it until today when he stopped eating.

John had discussed with the vet about when the time would be right to help end his life, and the vet said that as long as he was eating and had quality of life he could carry on, but as soon as he refused food, he would know the time was right.

That time came today, and he was put to sleep.

John and Lyn are devastated at his loss, but know he had 15 years of good life - he has gone off now to join Monica who will be waiting for him.
