Just putting the 2009 list together and will have it up in about 1/2 an hour in the pinned section. I also have a word document that I've made that I staple into the 'Starprint Show Diary' or will fit in any A5 diary. Unfortunately it can't be added as an attachment on this forum (though it can on the other forum), so if you want it either pm me from here, or download it from the other forum when I've got it up there.
