With all the cruelty involved wouldn't it be more humane to replace a OH with a new and better OH that hasn't learned any bad habits yet (saying no is very bad)?

I don't want to start an argument, but I know of many occasions when I expect my old man to say 'no'

e.g.

does my bum look big in this?

do you mind if I go shoe shopping instead?

do you want that last bit of chocolate/pringles & dip/whiskey?

so I think the trick is to allow them to say 'no', but make sure that they learn to use it on a reward-based system(using punishment when appropriate, see above pics), ensuring that they say it at the correct time!

   I see I have so much to learn!!
