Sarah Tollar had a good day at Fakenham Horse Race Track this afternoon.

Her Mista Ppointment won the Whippet Stake and her Cupid's Arrow was runner-up - well done!

Beaten semi-finalists were Chris Doyle's Hot Amber Belle and Gay Robinson's Moonlake Must Be Cool.

It was a good day - very hot. The furlong distance was the final furlong up hill to the horse race finishing line. The dogs ran infront of a crowded stand.

A good show for the Whippets infront of a mast of Greyhound people.

The supporting event was 6 eight-dog greyhound stakes :clown:

Thanks for the info Tanya :b

Being in the stands I could only take my info from the Public Address - hence the problem of no knowing about the reserve.

I must say I was looking for Gay Robertson, but in that crowd I was not surprised that I didn't see her.

Well done to Jessie for getting through to the semi.

Lets hope we get the chance to do it again, next year.

Sorry I wasn't there - ran my two on the lure here on Thursday and Frosty was lame that night - sesamoiditis :( - and I didn't want to risk Amber on hard ground as she is entered elsewhere next week. I was really looking forward to going but 4 hours each way and a very expensive dog sitter made it too far for just a spectator visit.
