Dont know if any of you remember but when Kobi was checked by a younger vet at 12 weeks they thought they could hear a heart murmur.

Well he was checked on Monday by the Head Vet who owns the practice .... and he says there is nothing now at all all perfectly normal.

That has put my mind to rest now.

Just in case any other people out there have a new puppy and the vet has examined them and mentioned a murmur, and may be worried about this .

Great news- must have been worrying

This all sounds soooooooooooo familiar.

All puppies perfectly fine in the litter, off they go to their new home with their excited new (often unexperienced dog owners).

Puppy rushed off to Vet and ............... lo and behold they are told it has a heart murmur!!! New owner worried to death and there is actually nothing wrong AT ALL with their puppy.

If I had a £ for every time I have heard this story, I would nearly be a millionaire.

I don't know if it is the Vets at fault or whether the stress of changing homes etc has a temporary effect on the young heart but all of the puppies I have heard this about have not had anything wrong with them once they have grown up a bit.

Thanks for all the Good wishes folks - and pictures now on the other thread -as a special request. ;)

 Great news that he's a fine, fit & fiesty puppy! :huggles:
