Took Leia to Highgate, just to see how it is all done and to give Leia a trial,
She as been coming out the traps lovely down here on the straights so i didn't know what she would do on the bends. (w00t) Steve only managed one photo because Leia decided that after she came out her trap she would jump the rail and cut across the stadium. :- " (apparently this is normal for young inexperienced pups) so i wasn't too worried.
Geoff suggested i hand slipped her on the straight bit of the track, which i did and she ran like a little pro, holding close to the rail.
(more practice on the bends is needed, but i think she will learn fast, and nobody could say she wasn't kean with all the noise she was making watching the lure go bye.
Picked up her racing jackets and a new coat for her, only one thing to get now and that's a set of digital scales for weighing her, she seems to be sticking at about 38.5 lb. :- "
I must say, Rose she is everything i could ever hope for in a non ped, I love her to bits. Di.
So here's the one and only photo.
(w00t) There she goes.
