Just wondering if anyone can confirm what this lump may be on my beloved shihtzu Dougie.

I suggest a visit to your vet. Eye problems are not something to take lightly.

Glad for the advice. Never sure as I have been overcautious before now and told it is nothing. Will get him booked in

In my book, there's no such thing as overcautious Though I did have a vet who was happy to say, 'You're being overcautious, go away,' and not charge me for my 30-second consultation. Not sure they make them like that any more.

This is a very old picture of my 1st Beagle (a scan of a photograph). If you look closely, there is a growth in the corner of his left eye. He was about 12 at the time and the vet said he would have only removed it on a younger dog. He passed away about a year afterwards.
