Thanks for that link Beth, it is very interesting. Thankfully, none of mine have suffered corns (yet! Famous last words and all that) but a friend had one of hers who developed corns and, despite having them surgically removed, they kept reoccurring so I think he had 2 toes amputated in the end.Zephyr said:This article has some really good pictures of corns - these are particularly bad ones, and a picture of a pad sliced through so you can see the corn inside - a bit gruesome!

Many thanks for that link. I'm going to take another look at Fred's pad.
