...but today was one of the lowest days of my life. Untill I became a postman about 2 years ago I used to travel through Aldgate everyday at the same time as todays 1st explosion...I still feel sick in my stomache.

I tell ya living down here is no bed of roses, the best job I ever had was being a postman, even though I took a pay cut, cos travelling into town is a nightmare, and after today it will get worse.

My deepest condolences to the famalies who have lost loved one's today...it's horrible...

My sisters son Jason was running 20 minutes late this morning, being late anyway he stoped for a bar of chocolate.

We had to wait till 3pm to find out he was safe. That bar of chocolate saved his life.

been one hell of a day. Thay have plenty of time to really do alot of damage between now and when we host the OLYMPIC GAMES dos'nt bare thinking of.
