i bought some of these in our pound shop in town a few months  ago.theyre  covered with a strip of fluorescent fabric and they have flashing led lights all the way round.at only a pound they were a bargain. i hate dark nights and dark mornings. :( cant go to the woods and walk the dogs as theres to many weirdos around these days and you never know whos hanging about.so we have to stick to doing roadwork apart from the days one of us is at home and not working so they can have a good romp
You did well get the collars for a pound. The collar your describing is what I am looking for  I try to stick to the fields as I feel safer, but with a torch and my two dangerous dogs    (only joking, they are very friendly whippets) I think I will just have to walk a bit faster! Like you the dark mornings and evenings suck, its only the weekends that I can actually enjoy long walks in the day light :D Don't tell me too much or I won't walk out in the night (w00t) At least everyone on K9 are being sensible now winter is on its way :huggles:

tbh i think youre safer in the winter than the summer  .any flashers or pervs are gonna think twice before sticking their peckers out on a freezing winters night!(i hope!)

quality - you made me laugh

Thank you everyone to all your great responses - and yes looking on market place now :D HUGE THANK YOU x

I find that walkers arm band work just as well and are cheaper as well. The childrens one fit nicely round the whippets neck

We have an auction at a club near to us and sometimes I can get things from there a box full of reflective arm bands they may be pink and say Barbie on them but didn't cost a lot so if they loose them I don't mind. I also got a lead with flashing light on it that only cost a couple of pound

What a clever idea, imagine that would work well - thank you :D
