argos just quoted me £18 for my cross breed tess

Best to put money away yourself.A lot of peeps I know now open an account with Credit Union and "if" their dog has accident they get the money from there.I believe most insurance is a rip off anyway :rant:

Exactly what I do and have done for years & years ........... insurance is an absolute waste of time. For any really big bill I would use my credit card.

But there would never be an issue of whether or not I could afford treatment, the dogs would have it and I know my Vets will come to an agreement with clients to pay the bill over a mutually agreeable timescale.

I have just got insurance(full lifetime) through Esure. £14.57p per month.

Seems reasonable. :thumbsup:
