I must say a very big thank you to the committee today. the atmosphere was warm, friendly & welcoming, with plenty of applause and excellent stewarding. Congratulations guys, a good day out...

...even better..Diana left a bit of the committee lunch out on the counter after she had gone for snacking on...OMG that choccie tart was scrummy.

Hooray for Mabel who really did look a perfect picture, and not in the least mopey dopey Mabeline.......she showed her little socks off...well she showed  What a very gorgeous girl she is. Congratulations Liz, maybe she was happy to have her handsome son there watching from the stalls.
I must mention Monty in dispatches who went beautifully for Ali, who as ever showed him like a pro. Also Jackie (Welshy on here) who showed Lola (Bring me Sunshine to Bluestreak) to win MPB. Well done Jackie, she was so nervous but handled her little girl brilliantly. My Poppy skipped the puppy classes and won Novice.

So here we are Jackie with Lola, me  with Poppy & Ali with  "you know who the magnificent"

That was a Sainsburys be good to yourself choc and berry, seriously good and a must for the shopping list.

Thank you all for making our show a good day. All the very lovely raffle prizes gave us a generous amount of money, and all this will help towards the socking great bill we will get at Woking leisure centre.

It was great to see so many people at the show, and I am sure all the committee

join me in thanking our Judge today, who did a sterling job.

When I posted earlier I was so excited to see Liz got BIS that I forgot to say thank you to the committee for all their hard work  , as always it was a very friendly, well run show. Unfortunately we had to leave after limit bitch so didn't get any of the choccy tart  .

Here she is the STAR of the day, I think she looks lovely and I'm not in the least biased :- " Not one teeny tiny bit...

Thanks very much to Pauline Oliver for the photograph.

and one for Irene of Poppy (Bluestreak Sweet Petite) after winning her class.

7 month old Poppy should not really have been there at all. The couple who had her as a pet only kept her a couple of days, very strange as they had had whippets for years then a break of about a year but it seems that the lady found it all too much having a youngster and was worrying all the time. So back she came, and while she is in limbo we thought we would take her out a bit.

CONGRATULATIONS LIZ AND MABEL - she is looking really well after her spell on the maternity ward.

Well done to everyone who was placed.

Jenny, amusing comment as always, you know I love your sense of humour, however, I'm fairly sure that Atomic Kitten doesn't have a chubby one in the group! :x And what the hell is going on with that hair???? I knew it was due a cut but blimey, did I really leave the house with it looking like that??

Thankfully, it looks a little less mental now - I have taken the scissors to it and have taken an inch off the bottom and an inch off the fringe :sweating:

On a more positve note, I was delighted with how well Monty went yesterday, and more than happy with out bits of card we bought home :D  It was a lovely show, the committee did a fantastic job  It was great to see everyone having such a relaxing day out with their dogs

It was Monty's last time in junior, his next show is Crufts and he'll be in with the big boys  and I'll be spending from now until then worrying about what to wear ;)
