The shortest serving race manager of Maidstone, Mick Mahoney would like to clarify the situation abut the Superstar Points.

Maidstone are NOW running for SUPERSTAR POINTS because the vote was overturned by the Committee as I was as Race Manager due to the rules.

its a sad day when a committee,put there by its members doesnt listen to their views.i thought democarecy was alive and kicking,seems you have a polit bureau in charge .very much like the wcra. you pay your money and therefore have a point of view.this decision will cost the club not only money from entries but also its standing in the racing community.and the majority suffer.i know if this had happened at our club and iwas in the majority i wouldnt run my dogs.you could always table a vote of no confidence ,and if you won it the committee would have to resign. i know its disheartening but a least you the majority made the right decision,good luck for the future.
