some great racing @ shirebrook was a but gutted to get a solo with jakki whizz (not jackies whizz lol|) but hey never mind still enjoyed the day journey home not so good was fine until junction 61, 62 durham a sign came up way b4 then saying there had been an accident and there was a 50min delay we were hoping it had been cleared but no 50 min delay it was an overturned lorry i just hope the driver is ok, anyway eventually got home 9.45pm just had our tea peters up for work @ 5am tommoro so quick look online then bed. well done classic rock he was very impressive :thumbsup:

grear turnout 74 dogs for the MASTER BLASTER / BALLYSTORM GOLDENT JACKET thanks to everyone who attended ,thanks to all at SHIREBROOK club staff really do look after us and thanks to Shierbrook for hosting the NNWRF events, Thanks to Chris lure driver , Thanks to Gordon for doing Traps Lyndon and David H judges great people allways willing to lend a hand when needed its much appreciated ans a special thans to the lure lad (sorry don't know your name) but you did a cracking job think you broke track record whith that wind behind you :teehee:

talking of the wind really strong gusts played havoc with the lure on a couple of occasions first off going up in the air just before the finish line in Swift Boys race causing a re-run as all dogs put the brakes on then in the re-run SWIFT BOY, DRAMATIZE and SPIDERMAN couldn't be split all 3 went through to the class final along with RED RASCAL which was unfortunately a re-run as a gust of wind took the lure over to the right wrapping it round one of the plastic stakes along with 2 dogs they came off ok but withdrew from the race, fortunately the stakes being plastic are pliable, hope these dogs are not too sore this morning,

TROPHIES NOT REURNED N/L and 40lb SCR, VETS, PUPS, YEARLINGS some of which were not returned last year whoever has them will you PLEASE make and EFFORT and return them

Some great racing to be seen throughout the day and a good friendly atmosphere all in all a very enjoyable day looking forward to the bends now :luck:
