its in the new forest, really nice

yes wendy it is further than worsceter, it is on the outskirts of the new forest down south, but a beautiful place and excellent track

what about some friendly team comp, with all in and draw dogs/bitches to run at different classes with 10 yard dash ect, vets, scratch, rag raceing, even a long jump or high jump, fancy dress for the dogs that are a bit too old to run.

Enter your dogs get drawn into a team and have a good crack, friendly banter ect. Lets have some retro raceing with a sixtys theme so gary can do the elvis disco!!!!

 (w00t)

HOW LONG ARE THE KIDS OFF SCHOOL AT THIS TIME IF THEY'RE OFF FOR THE WEEK THERE IS EVERY CHANCE 2 WEEKENDS COULD BE COMBINED TO MAKE IT A GOOD BREAK

FORDINGBRIDGE IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE GREAT TRACK WITH A WILLING BUNCH OF MEMBERS

AND THEY GET THE WEATHER 8)

distance for you wendy approx 220 miles

distance from newton aycliffe approx 310 miles

but it is a good straight drive down

Haven't managed to make Fordingbridge before, but it is in a beautiful part of England.Look forward to being able to travel down for a weekend  and we can combine this weekend with a visit to friends in Pool

Sounds really promising!

Fordy is gorgeous! Can even do a spot of fishing/swimming, there is a big skate park and normal park for the kids to play in plus a giant field opposite the track to play footie on!

Little club house, shops dead close by in the village and a field plenty big enough for camping!

Good luck to the fordingbridge committee if they decide to put this event on. Doreen i would like to offer to help in anyway i can, if you need a hand feel free to ask!

this is only a suggestion I Know their not actually next door but would be good if the two Southern clubs Fordingbridge and Thurrock could link up on this if its possible to do the both weekends in block
