While im over here on K9 i thopught i'd introduce Violet :wub:

 

As you can see she's an African Pygmy Hedgehog

Are they very difficult to keep Ann?

Her main diet is cat biscuits, with the odd treat of egg, fruit, veg

and dried mealworm. She learned to use a litter tray in a few days

so i keep her on fleece rather than shavings or something like that.

I have a wheel coming from the states for her as i couldnt find one

wide enough for her, but i do let her out for a run about in the

evening.

I had to get one that climbs, so the cage i brought for her is no good,

she gets through the bars and gives me a panic attack when i cant

find her so tomorrow i have a vivarium coming which i shall just put

some extra ventilation in for her.

So she's not hard to please really just wants her food and somewhere

warm and safe to snuggle up in. Oh and regular handling keeps her nice

and friendly.
