Our dog, Koda, was micro-chipped on the day we got her, by a USPCA staff member... which was fine.

But, what we noticed, after the 'gun' had been used on her, was that it had been used, just seconds before, on another dog, but it had not been sterilized when it came to Koda's turn.

By then it was too late for us to voice our opinions and maybe we're just being a bit over-cautious, but it seemed an odd one to us.

We just wondered what other forum members thoughts were on this matter.

Kindest regards, John & Else

You don't have to clean the Gun, as it is a sterile needle. The Gun itself, never actually touches the skin, its the needle.

Thank you for putting our minds at rest.
