Does anybody use Milbemax wormers?

Can you help me with when to give them?

Before food, after food, on an empty tummy or doesn't it matter?

Just found the answer on the web. Didn't get any info with mine! :angry: from the vet. Forgot to ask :clown: and wanted to use them tomorrow.

MILBEMAX is given by oral administration with or after some food.

Yes I use it for my two whippetgirls.

These are the timings I've always heard when you have to use it:

* puppy: 2 weeks - 4 weeks - 8 weeks

* age of 4 months

* age of 6 months

* age of 12 months

* adult: 2 times a year

* They advise when your dog comes in contact with kids who are younger than 4 year, to use Milbemax 4 times a year

Milbemax is a tablet for prevention of heartworm, roundworm, hookworm & tapeworm in dogs.

Take a good look to the mg / capacity of the tablets you give your dog, because it depends on your dog's weight.

Thanks. My vets now don't stock Drontal so it's my first time of using and as I bought single tablets there were no instructions.

I guess you are happy with Milbemax. :thumbsup:
