May I ask is this board moderated or not???

I have just been reading a VERY upsetting post in the Lurcher section about someones dog mating the bitch by accident and the person is going to have the pups PTS just so he can work the mother this season. Offers of help seem to have been refused. Surely posts like this need moderating but is seems not to have been.

Is there any wonder people are staying away from K9?? The moderating used to be too strict BUT now is seems to have gone the other way allowing advertising for puppies AND Dogs at Stud

Come on K9 get your act together and maybe a few of the oldest members may return and start posting again!!!!

Been a member since 2001 and hardly post now, but do read k9 daily. This site used to be fun now it's went to the dogs lol :teehee:

I have read about the lurcher pups and cant help wondering why breed pups to kill them, wont reply on that topic :thumbsup:

If I see them I do report them but they dont seem to always be removed in some sections.

I know there can not be someone on the forum 24/7 but some threads are digusting/pornagraphic and it seems like an age before they are removed, these are the ones need removing instantly.

Thats what id hoped was the case Amanda . as she changed from keeping them ETC to the `other !!

Bizarre but I have already replied to this topic once - anyway a slightly edited version

If the topic is reported then it is moderated as soon as the PM is received by a Moderator or a MOD becomes aware themselves that something has got out of hand or has broken the board rules.

Im sure if anyone wants to help moderate this site they could contact Nigel and offer to cover a section.

It does feel like there are only very few of us Moderating and Im sorry but I do not spend all night on here just in case
