A great day was had by all yesterday at Moira Dog show and Game fair in the glorious sunshine. Bluebell was there in full glory taking photographs of all the happy winners. As usual Deidre, a job well done.There was a very large turnout of Whippets . The same for the terriers, lurchers, and strong dogs. It made the competition healthier. Congratulations to all the winners. Our Whippet, Silver won the Whippet Bitch class, and took home another beautiful trophy and Rosette, and we got three 3rds with our other dogs.

And a big congratulations to Graham Meek who won the Champion Whippet with his beautiful whippet. A very worthy winner. The dog show was well run and organised, and the judges did their jobs well on the day. Many thanks for the lovely day.

Eve, thank you so much for your kind comments. Lilly is the spitting image of our Silver, and I know by your comments, you are crazy about your Lilley. We love our Silver too and are very proud of her.

Margaret do you realise that Merlin and Silver are related? Silvers Sire, Isaac (Ir Ch. Rushden Moody Blue) and Merlins Dam, Tia (Rushden Hot Gossip) are brother and sister so they are officially cousins!
