Another beautiful beach :D This time Whispering Sands near Nefyn - Muffin catches up with his ball on a rope in a cloud of sand! (w00t)

Having a tug of war with Richard :teehee:

We went past a charity shop with a display of cuddly toys outside. Muffin chose this black cat - it only lasted 5 minutes when we got it back - stuffing everywhere!

Another steam train - this time around Llanberis Lake in the pouring rain!

Last one. We took Muffin back to Black Rock sands just before we set off for home. It was very, very cold and windy so Muffin thought the car was much the better place to be! :huggles:

More brilliant pictures :D bless little Muffin and his (ex) furry cat, sounds just like Lenny :b

I'm not sure if that was the beach we went to near Nefyn but I've definately heard of it. Its such a beautiful part of the country, it was the first time I'd been to Wales. I definately want to go back.

I'm off to Whitby in a few weeks so prepare for some pictures from there :p

I'm originally from Scarborough so I know the area quite well. I've never actually been there on holiday though :teehee:

By the way, where did you get Muffins coat? He looks very snug in it

I love the ones of him on the train. He really seems to be fascinated by this experience...maybe he's a covert train spotter. :p Thanks for sharing your photos....

Hijacking my own thread here but if you think Muffin is a train loving whippet you should have known our previous whippet Josh. :D When we got him we lived in Highley in Shropshire which is a station on the Severn Valley Steam Railway. Josh grew up thinking the railway was his 2nd home! :- " At least 3 or 4 times a week our walk would take in the railway - I used to check the timetable to make sure we were at the station when a train was due (sad I know :b ) He also had numerous journeys, not only on that railway, but on various steam railways around the country when we were on holiday. I dug out a few pictures of him on the train although sadly I can't seem to lay my hands on any of him at the SVR. He was a lovely boy, greatly missed still
