my dog loves tea

Google says yes... and no, depending on where you read. Tea contains caffeine, tannin, and other substances that are toxic to dogs, but the answer is probably that it's OK in moderation. How much tea counts as 'moderation', I don't know.
 
My old dog loved tea - infact you had to make sure it was out of reach, just incase a hot mug was touched, when lockdown was on and I started to bake more we would sit outside with cup tea and cake and doggy decided it was his new routine too and a dog biscuitand small saucer tea were eagily anticipated. Although must admit it was weak!
