As most of you know a couple of weeks ago I was went to judge Whippets for the Whippet club of Germany, :D

Some of you have asked for more pictures of my winners and other pics , so here they are .

First of all I must say how friendly all the people at the show were, and took all my decisions in good part and were very sporting too .

I was met at the airport by Joachim and Werner of the `Of Gentle Mind `kennel , and because we didnt know each other thay brought a whippet to the airport so I knew who they were , ;) Can you imagine a whippet or any dog being allowed into an airport over here ? :eek:

Well in Germany you can take dogs ANYWHERE , Shops , restuarants the lot . :cheers:

The show day was nice and sunny , just right for whippet showing , heres a couple of pics of the venue

As I was there for a few days I spent some time with Joachim and his lovely family, here are a few pics of his whippets .

They live in what i would call `whippet heaven ` :cheers:

I did do abit of sight seeing , my last day was spent in Colongne (sp)

Once again would just like t thank al of the people who I met in Germany for making my stay a great one :cheers: I hope we in England would treat you the same :huggles: .

Forot to mention , as you know Im also into gradening and i couldnt help but notice a graden centre near where I stayed , :- " Joachim kindly took me and I`d decided to buy a `grass ` for my garden , but when the owner knew I was visiting from England , she wouldnt take any payment for it , Now how sweet was that :huggles:

Its my little bit of Germany in my garden ( well 2 bits actully cos I split it ;) )
