We would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to everyone who attended and made this day possible...Also the sponsors who were Red mills dog food, manor mill equestrian and murdock building supplies for their kind donations of dog food and clothing, also Bavarian motors for all the BMW goodies, Dessie Macken for his kind donation of assorted wines, Margaret McStay for her donation of Tayto crisps that kept quite a few of us munching, Donemana dog club for their Champion of Champions trophy, Stuart Harper for his framed prints, The Beauty Parlour for their gift voucher, Make a difference for the box of yorkies, and also the judges who were John barry terriers who taught me a few tips as his beautiful assistant, John Shaw whippets assisted by John Humphries and Billy Copeland lurchers assisted by Jim Murray, and also Diedre for her constant photo taking and no doubt some wonderful photos to come of the day......Must say at this stage that the racing was smooth and that goes down to Jim on the lure, Patsy on the line, Guss and John Humphries on the starting blocks, well done men, pleasure to work with you all, will do it again, and to end the day with paddy irish man jokes was a treat, only we could laugh at ourselves, I think we could of sat there all night, the friendship was fantastic, God bless you all, and to know that we cleared over £ 200 after trophies and rossettes and bits and pieces is a great achievement, and to put your head to the pillow knowing that the orphans we and you have looked after will eat like kings for many days is what makes life worth living, thank you from the bottom of mine and their hearts, once again God bless you all and keep you safe, Stephen,aka Big Jacko, N.I.L.R.C

i love the way the start line is marked out, (a few more lurcher event could learn from that one). :lol: all it takes is a can of white paint.
