Please help! After two long years of being on a waiting list for an exotic rare breed dog, we were finally notified by the breeder that at long last, our number has come up, and...

WE'RE HAVING A PUPPY!

We must IMMEDIATELY get rid of our children now, because we just KNOW how time consuming our new little puppy is going to be! Since our puppy will be arriving on Monday, we MUST place the children in new homes this weekend!!!

They are described as:

One male, white, blonde hair, blue eyes. Four years old. Excellent disposition. He doesn't bite. Name is Tommy. Temperament tested. Current on all shots. Tonsils removed already and very healthy condition!

Tommy eats everything, is very clean, house trained and gets along well with others. Does not run with scissors and with a little time and training, he will do well in a new home.

One female, strawberry blonde hair, green eyes. Three years old. Can be surly at times. Non-biter, thumb sucker. Her name is Mary. Temperament tested, but needs a little attitude adjusting occasionally. She is current on all shots, tonsils out, and is very healthy and happy (mostly.) Gets along well with little boys, but does not like to share toys.

She is house trained, and would do best in a one child household.

We really LOVE our children, and want to do what is best for them. I hope you understand, that ours is a UNIQUE situation, and we have a real emergency here! They MUST be placed by Sunday night at the latest.

This is just soooooooo typical

New pet...........old ones out the door. You should be

ashamed of yourself......good luck in rehoming them

anyway :))

What's the breed of the newbie arriving ?

Do you do homechecks???

im a bit far away but still............ hope they are good at housework and dog walking?

at least your doing the right thing - so many people wouldnt just because of what people might say but good on yah i say - think you'l start a nationwide craze - stick to your guns and mark my words, many people will now thanks to you do the same thing.

i for one am proud of you!!!

cant wait to tell my friends what great folks you are.

i could take the little male, unfortunatly we couldnt acommodate them if they didnt share toys, it is a big thing around here otherwise we could take the two.

but just send him here my two could do with a new play friend.

PMSL

 :teehee:

I'll have 'em! My one's just turned 18 so I could do with a younger model :- "

After Ben spilt black current juice on my laptop and the keyboard on it no longer works I am seriously thinking about giving Ben away free to good home but then gain he does have his uses occasionally :- "

by the way what type of puppy are you getting?

:b :b :b Ooops, sorry to have given the wrong impression, this is something I cross-posted from elsewhere because it made me laugh - in a wry sort of way. I've heard the "I'm having a baby I must get rid of the dog NOW" story so many times it was funny to see it turned on it's head.

I'm not getting a puppy, my dogs are all rescues and my own children are teenagers (though I would consider rehoming them at times) :)

BRILLIANT.

Love this one. I am in fits of laughter

i will take the little lad, does he come with manners and a bed :- "

got enough of my own thanks...good luck with your quest... :teehee:

I would love to have given them a good home, :huggles: but unfortunately I only have two bedrooms, and the whippets sleep in the second bedroom, so no room I'm afraid. I could put them in the shed with the guinea pigs if you are desperate.

sorry Fee,dont do kids, too messy and demanding. :- " ill have a puppy anyday though!

(w00t) Hee hee, that was good  I've often thought about giving my two away as they are getting a bit old and not cute and cuddly any more (w00t)
