Phil i know other people have had problems over the last few days with inactive email addresses causing problems but it's certainly nothing that any of the moderators have done. You can always contact K9 support (Nigel) through the contact link top right of every page - just in case you ever get booted out again

This problem is being caused by users not keeping their email address up to date.

If we don't have your correct email address then other users cannot email you, we cannot email you and any subscription or PM email notifications you've set up will not work. The bounced email messages are now causing problems. It's also a condition of membership that you maintain a current email address.

To check and update, if needed, your email address follow the 'change email address' link in your control panel.

Just one word of warning though - if you have to change your email address you HAVE to get your new email address right first time . When you change the address an email will be sent to you just like it was when you registered - you need to follow the instructions in this email. If you enter the wrong email address or do not respond to the email your account will remain in a 'awaiting authorisation' state & you will be unable to post.
