:D Hello everyone! Been browsing K9 for a couple of months since getting my lurcher puppy Coco and decided it was time to introduce myself. We live on the cornwall/devon border just outside of bude (me, my partner and our daughter) and we bought coco (greyhound/beddy x whippet) last summer. She ten months old now and has claimed the household for her own!! (As i've noticed all lurchers do!!) She's an absolute dear (will try to get some pics up soon) and we're looking forward to taking her to some shows this summer and try some racing. Any hints on how to start them racing would be great as at the mo all she wants to do is chase other dogs and become their best buddie!! :huggles:

(w00t) Welcome to k9 bibblebetski, :p good luck with your new lurcher, you said you would like to start racing, well we don't have many lurcher shows down in Cornwall but i know of two that are held every year. Both are two day shows, with racing, coursing and showing and both are held in August. If you have the Countryman's weekly magazine they will be advertised in there closer to the time. :) Hope to see you in August. :thumbsup: Diane.
