Does anyone know of a hotel/guest house in a quiet location in Essex/Suffolk where I could stay with my dog next New Year’s Eve?

Last NYE was like the third world war breaking out around here (Hornchurch) and it really terrified my dog. Thank you.

I can sympathise with your situation, as no doubt a lot/all of us on here can. I don't know your area but there is a website called Doggie Pubs which throws up some results for Essex. I don't know how current the information is, a lot of seems over a decade old but you might be able to cross-reference them with a Trip Advisor search which will show if you a place is dog friendly. I hope that helps.

Edit - I realise these are primarily pubs, but there might be a quiet one near you - there's certainly listings for Honrchurch. Good luck in your search
