Happy New Year to you all.

As usual, we were up fairly early and went for our New Year's Day walk, brushing away a few cobwebs and several too many G&T's!!!.

We went around the local Nature Trail, over the fields and up to what is left of Codnor Castle.

Took us a couple of hours, now back, having a large glass of Baileys - well I did need warming up a little.

Here's a few pics I took whilst out.

Hi Diane,

That's Stella, she's a little bugger - very stubborn. She'd ran off into the famers field and then refused to come back over the fence and just sat there staring at us so Ian had to drag her back over.

(w00t) There's always one little bugger who has to try and spoil a good walk, but don't we just love them for it. Di

Lovely photos of lovely dogs  Looks like you had a great walk

Funny how the little bugger is always the beddy eh? :- Our Rafferty is a right stubborn sod too. If it's raining he won't even go out & if it starts to rain when we are out he is quite likely to take himself off back home.

As he gets older he gets worse too, grumpy little

Lovely pics Deb,love the one of Ian lifting Stella over the fence ;)

Hope to see you soon.
