Morning we got a WCS a few weeks ago when she was 8 weeks, she is now 11 weeks old.

we have been without a dog since August last year when we lost our lab who was 13, we lost our WCS in May 2019. We have also lost 3 further labs years gone by.

Socialisation not going as well as it could due to the pandemic, but have taken her out in the car every other day, introduced her to traffic, horse and cows (all in my arms due to only just having had her second vaccination) house training going well, loves her crate - recall good (this will be ongoing training) can sit and lie down on command. Currently working on quick sit. Lead was introduced last week in the garden

yesterday she was allowed out (as in week after her second vaccination) we went out in the car and met up with a friend who has 2 dogs. (Collie and a border terrier) Ash got on well and was submissive to the Collie.

look forward to interacting with you all

Welcome. You are doing exactly right with the socialising - it's not about other dogs: it's about meeting the environment.

Hi and welcome. Is WCS a Working Cocker Spaniel? Having a slow day...

Lovely looking dogs, I googled them!! Have you any pictures?
