We are just getting over Nikes Gem doing his gracilis muscle & told he will never run again .When Mersadies Gem was in a pile up on the first bend at Portsmouth & she has damaged the Crucial Ligaments .Cartiledge & Tibia is loose . Have had second opinion and was told she will never run agian . We are gutted but at the end of the day .Weare lucky we have still got Ronnie & Sadie

Sorry to hear about your bad news. It is bad enough to be told one dog won't run again but I can't imagine what it is like to have two dogs not running. At least you still have your babies and can pamper them in their retirement.

So sorry to read that their racing careers have to come to an end, we have always had a soft spot for Sadie (could be the name!!!) we had some good competition against her with Two Faced and always loved to see her do well too. Enjoy your retirement from racing both Ronnie and Sadie, we know racing or not you will have a lovely life with Mick & Vicky.

They said maizee would never run again but 10 months rest and she's back nearly as good as she was b4 the accident so don't give up hope
