As this is our last event for 2011 the NNWRF and HIGHGATE STADIUM are arranging some fun activities for all our members there will be prizes galore

Kids fancy dress

Doggy fancy dress

Dog show

selection boxes for all the kids given given out by SANTA

Owners racing from top bend to the trip ( there will even be a bunny to chase )

and some WHIPPET RACING of course

followed up by a BUFFET at the presentaion

October W News it states weigh in; 11.30 until 12.30.

Lin told me to change it in the November W News to; 11.00 to 12 noon.

Is it fair to change it yet again....10-11am at such short notice?

What about those who may not have k9 or miss out on being informed?

What if someone turns up at 12 noon, will you still cater for them?

the reason for the change in the first instance was this open was allways held on Saturdays which allowed us to do a later weigh in, due to the stadium not being available on Saturday this year we settled on the Sunday weigh in 11 till 12

As Highgate are putting a buffet on for us all after racing to give people time to be able to enjoy it we decided on changing the weigh in to 10am to 11am as Highgate also have to get things ready for their greyhound racing Sun evening

it has't intentionally been done at short notice people were informed at bend championships 3 weeks ago and it has been on here for quite a while, we are just trying to do whats best for our members

if a member has a genuine reason for not making the weigh in they Wwill NOT and NEVER have been turned away by the NNWRF

not everyone gets Whippet News but they still get to the weigh in
